1) Introduction of Guests The President has sent his regrets, past president Glen Gordon introduced himself and stated he would be running the AGM. He welcomed guest Tracy Butterfield from the FV Charitable Gaming Association.

2) Introduction of Board Glen Gordon spoke: Glen Gordon – Past President Glen Robertson –President; away on family business Sharon Mutter – Vice President Dan McDonald – Treasurer Melanie Kish – Secretary Helene Sundberg – Director Daniel Wight – Director
3) Approval of the Agenda That the Agenda be approved with removal of Item #6 Moved by Helene Sundberg Seconded by Sandy Watson Carried

4) Approval of the AGM Minutes from December 15, 2018 To accept the Minutes from the ABA AGM held on December 15, 2018, with the correction of the spelling of Clarence Joy’s name. Moved by Marion Keys Seconded by John Anderson Carried

6) Deleted President introduced

7) Tracy Butterfield from FVCCGA T Butterfield stated that she is available to assist any group with their Gaming Grants. The Gaming Branch is making some changes and all groups should be watching for notices, follow the FVCCGA website.

8) Financial Report for Year Ended September 30, 2019 The Treasurer reported on both the 0752529 BC Ltd and the Abbotsford Bingo Association financial statement for year ended September 30, 2019. • He reminded the membership that financial reports are not public knowledge. • He also asked members to provide their Government Charity Numbers, if they have one, as it would assist in the Tax we are paying from the Trust • Discussion regarding non attendees and the three strikes equals membership revoked. • Disbursement Update

To accept the Financial Report of the Abbotsford Bingo Association as presented. Moved by Helene Sundberg Seconded by Loni Harrison Carried

9) Appointment of Auditor for 2018-2019 Moved by Melanie Kish Seconded by Loni Harrison Carried That the Financial Auditor of Abbotsford Bingo Financials be Dan McDonald. Dan McDonald abstained from voting

10) Election of Directors: 3 seats open Glen Gordon introduced the two directors letting their names stand and stated the Glen Robertson would also let his name stand • Melanie Kish • Dan Wight He then called for nominations from the floor None heard He called again for nominations from the floor None heard He called again for nominations from the floor None heard

Glen called the nominations closed and with no names brought forward an election was not required. The 2019/2020 directors are: Glen Robertson Dan McDonald Melanie Kish Sharon Mutter Helene Sundberg Daniel Wight

Glen Gordon would remain as past president

The Board will elect the Executive at a later time.
